Booking Validity
Treatment must be booked within one year of purchase.
Refunds for Multi-Session Bookings
Refunds for partially used multi-session bookings will be calculated after deducting the full single-session rate for each session used. Example: If three sessions are purchased for £90 and a refund is requested after the first session, the refund will be £30 (£90 minus the £60 single-session rate).
Unused Bookings
Bookings that remain entirely unused will be fully refunded if the refund is requested within one year of purchase.
Cancellations
Once a session has been booked, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel. No refund will be issued when less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Sharing and Gifting Sessions
Sessions may be shared between recipients and, when gifted, do not need to be used at the same time. If you have any queries, please email mandy@islingtonreiki.co.uk.
